With a background in real estate, finance, and business development, he leads a team of experts delivering top-tier results for global clients. Minhaj has held senior roles at Cushman Wakefield and Morgan Stanley, where he managed portfolios and drove business growth. He co-founded Syzygy Group, Inc. and served as its CFO, raising capital and managing licenses. Minhaj holds a Masters in Real Estate Development from NYU and an MBA in Finance from Monmouth University.
