He then led the nation’s largest Home Partners of America operation before joining K2 in 2024, helping scale it to multiple states and helping quadruple its agent count. In 2025, he also coached the top Zillow seller team in the nation. Outside of real estate, Nate stays competitive, training for his next bodybuilding competition.
